Game of Thrones – Season 1 Blu-Ray Review

You win or you die. That was the tag line for season 1 of Game of Thrones. Based on the best selling fantasy book series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin, this HBO drama is set in the world of Westros. Summers span decades and winters can last a lifetime. This is a story of men from the south, scheming for power, savages from the eastern lands, and a wall built to protect the realm from the mysterious darkness beyond to the frozen north. The families of the Seven kingdoms are locked in a battle for power. In this game of thrones, you win or you die.

The season 1 Blu-Ray was released today and features some excellent bonus features that fans of the series and the books will enjoy greatly as we wait for the new season to start in April. The set features 5 discs which include all 10 episodes and hours of extras.

I give this set a 10/10 for bonus features and exclusive content you cannot find anywhere else.
