On Into The Badlands Hand Of Five Poisons the badlands is about to go to war. Sunny and M.K. fight to escape Quinn’s grip once and for all, while the Baron’s enemies conspire to take him down and change the Badlands forever. With Quinn having seen what MK can do, its hard to say if Quinn will be angry with Sunny or happy for having kept the boy away from The Widow and under his nose.
We are also left with questions about what the preacher knows of MK and what he is, calling him a dark one. Ryder is about to spring his own plans to overthrow Quinn while the others plan to take out Jacobee. In this sneak peek of the season finale, Sunny brings a head to the River King as promised. Did he really bring MKs head? We doubt it, in fact we think he brought the head of the colt MK killed.
We don’t expect we will get all the answers in next weeks episode, we have only had 6 episodes so far. With season 2 expected to be announced before Christmas, the setup is likely to be a massive cliffhanger that will leave everyone wanting to know what is going to happen to MK. It would be interesting to see if Tilda ends up coming with Sunny, Veil and MK to leave the badlands. It would make for an interesting team up going into the second season.
