We sat down with EP Remi Aubuchon and Justin Falvey and discussed the mythology behind Falling Skies, season 3 and what is coming up. One of the key points in Falling Skies was that as viewers we never learned anything more than the 2nd mass knew. Everything was to be learned from their view point in one form or another.
One of the more interesting mythologies is that the aliens appear to be aquatic in nature. We see this in the look of the overlords and the way in which the harnesses are kept. Some additional things to notice is how Ben has super hearing and swimming abilities. He is also able to withstand the cold, without having to wear a heavy coat unlike the humans. What more will we learn?
