** The following review while careful not to reveal any actual spoilers from this issue, it does tease the reader with hints as well as spoilers from issues past. Please feel free to purchase this issue on Wednesday**

Fautus comes to terms with his inner demons this issue. This is an issue about past troubles and present friends, and how the two effect each other when your worlds begin crashing in on themselves. Secrets come pouring out in a well-paced flow as Faustus confronts his past and changes things greatly for his friends. However, not only his friends are interested in Faustus’ past secrets and present course of action, no there is one more player whom we all love who remains continuously interested in Faustus’ future. After this issue I am too.

The art, as mentioned was very well-paced. Predominately calm as things fall into place and we follow Faustus through his attempts to confront his past. I particularly enjoyed the urban setup in the first few pages, and Jackal is becoming more defined as he steps further into the light for us readers to daringly behold.

The team also gets a large chunk of “screen-time” so readers looking to spend more time with The Victories will definitely enjoy this dark but still very witty issue. –N
