Season 2 of Being Human left us all on the edge of our seats as the price of temptation was delivered upon our three friends in ways they never thought possible. While season 2 was all about temptation, season 3 is all about the price we pay for being human. Ironic to say the least but it makes for a darker and more interesting season plot for Josh, Aidan and Sally. Be careful what you wish for.
Last we Josh and Nora they were battling the decision to kill Ray in order to become human again. Nora ran with a brother and sister pair of pure breed werewolfs only to get the brother killed after Nora wanted out. Josh was very uneasy about killing Ray and the season ended with a shot going off in the woods and no idea who shot who and who survives at all. Will Josh and Nora be human again? Will Nora get shot and Ray survive? Or will Ray die and Josh and Nora still be werewolfs?
Sally was in a bad place in season 2. Sally thought she was being shadowed by death and that death was teaching her how to reap. Sally ruined many lives and reaped many of her ghost friends. In the end she found out the truth of it all. Death was actually her, a split personality if you will. When she realized what she had done, she had to find a way to get to limbo in order to save her friends. This meant she had to reap herself. But limbo wasnt what she thought it was and now she is trapped. What price will Sally pay to return back to Josh and Aidan?
Aidan probably was tempted the most in season 2. Between his lust for blood and an old flame, Aidan found it increasingly difficult to stay loyal and on his path to being human. Mother returned to Boston, the patriarch of the vampires and someone he has had a very hard time keeping away from. Aidan was her pride back in the day, able to get entire cities into order when needed. Behind Mothers back Aidan and Suren try to have a relationship but Mother finds out. Just as Aidan thinks his plan to take Mother out has worked he is captured and Suren killed. Aidan is put to ground. We are all left wondering what will happen to Aidan?
