The final episode of Doctor Who’s season seven promises to have some truly mind-blowing revelations. If you saw the trailers in 3 Previews for Doctor Who 713 “The Name of the Doctor” – Season 7 Finale then you know answers are promised and at least some are going to be delivered.
From the brief hints and glimpses we got in the trailers it looks like the mystery behind Clara’s existence will definitely be solved. Clara’s shown in various time periods throughout the Doctor’s travels and we even get a quick peek of “Bessie,” the third Doctor’s quirky, old timey, yellow roadster that could travel at almost impossible speeds.
The Paternoster Gang is back as is the devilish Doctor Simeon from the Christmas Special. This can only mean the Great Intelligence figures prominently, if not centrally, in the finale. Of course a few people who mistakenly received their season seven disks early may already know, but we’re hoping they don’t spill the beans.
With a finale this grand, even a spoiler junkie like me doesn’t want to know how it ends.
