Doctor Who: Behind the Scenes with Ingrid Oliver & Jemma Redgrave

We heard the voice of Kate Stewart (Jemma Redgrave) in one of the first episode clips ever released for The Day of the Doctor so we knew she was going to be in the special.  In the video, there was a bespectacled woman standing in the background wearing the 4th Doctor’s scarf, but there was no clue as to who she might be.

Now in this behind-the-scenes interview we learn that woman’s name is Osgood (Ingrid Oliver) and she’s a U.N.I.T. scientist.  That’s really all we find out, but I’m damned curious about her wearing Tom Baker’s iconic scarf.  Could it be a hint that she’s more than she appears?

I’m not telling, but only because I don’t know.

Doctor Who returns November 23rd and don’t forget to #SaveTheDay!
