In a future world where people are divided into distinct factions based on their personalities, Tris Prior is warned she is Divergent and will never fit into any one group. When she discovers a conspiracy to destroy all Divergents, she must find out what makes being Divergent so dangerous before it’s too late.
The final trailer before the films release in just over a month finally gets us a better picture of what the film is about (for those who have not read the books). I have to admit now that I find it to be a bit more interesting then The Hunger Games, and perhaps has a much better chance of being a hugely successful franchise. These type of not so distant future world films have become very popular recently and while some have gotten lost in the mix as unmemorable, perhaps Divergent can break that mold.
