No matter the country or city the Krewe of Who (There’s a Mardi Gras idea for you.) lands in they’re greeted by throngs of cheering fans. The more I watch the show the more I’m convinced that Doctor Who might just be the one thing that can really unite this planet, which is appropriate since the show has always been about acceptance and the peaceful resolution to conflict.
