It was a beautiful day in New York City when Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman arrived for a very warm and very crowded reception. They were greeted by throngs of happy fans upon their arrival for the screening of Deep Breath. Fans were asked to write down how Doctor Who makes them feel then Peter and Jenna read them on camera and gave their reactions.
Not a single, “I heart heart Doctor Who and New York” in the bunch. I guess they didn’t read mine. Oh well, on to Mexico City!
The latest stop on the Doctor Who World Tour was New York City. We caught up with Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman during an iconic photoshoot at the top of the Rockefeller Center, and spoke to them about the rousing reception they were given by American fans at the US premiere of series 8, “Deep Breath”, at the Ziegfeld Theater.
