With the baddie of the week mucking about with dimensions and other such nonsense, the Doctor gets trapped inside an ever-shrinking TARDIS. Thankfully, he’s able to keep the inside dimensions constant or things would’ve gotten messy. Unfortunately, the TARDIS is now so small he can’t possibly exit. There’s barely enough room for his hand to pass through the door!
With Clara on the outside, the Doctor hands her his psychic paper, the sonic screwdriver, and an ear bud communication device. The ear bud is more than just an audio device – it taps into Clara’s optic nerve so the Doctor can see what she sees and communicate with her. Maybe this is how Clara is able to properly operate the sonic? No matter, now I want the even tinier TARDIS for Christmas … in case anyone’s making a list.
This week, separated from the Doctor (PETER CAPALDI), Clara (JENNA COLEMAN) discovers a new menace from another dimension.
But how do you hide when even the walls are no protection?
With people to save and the Doctor trapped, Clara comes up against an enemy that exists beyond human perception.
