I don’t know if “Sleigh-load” is a real unit of measurement or not, but let’s just act like it is so I don’t look like too much of an idiot. Yeah, I know, too late.
Just a couple of weeks from now we’ll get to see an awesome crossover we never knew we wanted until the prospect arose – The Doctor meets Santa Claus. As you’ve seen in the sneak peek, the Doctor, and even Clara, is suspicious of the man claiming to be the legendary gift-giver. He doesn’t come across as particularly jolly, but we’ve been assured he’ll be a friend, not a foe.

It’s Christmas in the North Pole when the Doctor and Clara return to BBC AMERICA in an all-new Christmas special, Last Christmas. This year the Time Lord and his companion are in for an all-new adventure as stars Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman are joined by Nick Frost (The World’s End, Shaun of the Dead) as Santa Claus. Doctor Who: Last Christmas premieres Thursday, December 25, 9:00pm ET.
The Doctor Who Christmas Special will air on Christmas day on BBC America at 9/8c.
