With Weekly Shonen Jumps new releases of the next chapter in the Naruto manga, fans are getting excited all over again for new Naruto. Megahouse has added 2 new figures to its G.E.M. series of figures geared towards female collectors. However, as any real collector of anime figures can tell you the G.E.M. series has been the answer to an otherwise exclusively female figure industry. Even male collectors want to find their favorite male leads and collect them. The G.E.M. series has been so popular that the new Naruto figures are selling out quickly.
The first of the new figures is a Naruto figure from the The Last – Naruto The Movie. The figure features Naruto’s shorter cut hair and new outfit from the film. For anyone who has collected his various forms and looks over the years, this is a must add to your collection. The second figure was an exclusive new Akatsuki version of Itachi in 1/8 scale form. Included with this figure is a crow, referencing back to Itachi’s illusion jutsu and his Akatsuki cloak. This figure is increasingly difficult to find and has been sold out at many store already. Be sure to be on the lookout for it once its released later this year (September).
