Anyone who watches AMC’s The Walking Dead is familiar with what life’s like after the zombie apocalypse. It’s brutal, bloody, and doesn’t usually end well for the few surviving humans. But how did it all begin? How did we get from our everyday existence to a planet overrun by undead corpses with an incurable case of the munchies … and we’re the munchies?
Enter AMC’s companion series Fear the Walking Dead. Set in Los Angeles at the start of the outbreak and with all new characters, we’ll get to see how the entire world turned from frightened people in denial into cannibalistic cadavers.
Above is the first trailer for Fear the Walking Dead. Actually, it’s more of a clip or sneak peek, but what’s important is it’s MORE. The show debuts in August, which sounds like a long way off, but it’s just around the corner, so we need more clips, pictures, and info on this sibling of our favorite zombie series.
