Archeus is grumpy. Drusilla’s goons has yet again failed in acquiring that statue he wants. I am guessing he is not really into art collection or trying to make his abode cosier, but his purpose for this statue is far more mischievous. Anyway, she has to sort it out herself, which she does by threatening the administration lady at the museum, making her tell Mr Wheatherford that the statue needs to be returned to the museum.

Meanwhile Angel and Faith are trying to find the missing Nadira. Firstly Angel is having a go at Faith for bailing on him and running off to the US, leaving him to sort out magic town himself. They harsh it out for bit and come to the conclusion that they are a team, and need to work together. They receive a phone call from their friendly copper inspector Brandt. But what they don’t realize is that he is no longer human, and seems to have joined the vampire fold.

So Angel walk into a trap and find himself in conversation with Drusilla and Archeus, it’s the same old same old, they want him to join team Archeus for good times. Angel says no thank you very much, which makes Archeus rather grumpy again as he now has to make Angel comply by some magic touching instead. Angel sits up after the magic fondling and asks them to call him Angelus….

Is Angel really Angelus or is he just going undercover? I guess we will find out soon enough. But hey, Angeus evil statue-shell thing, Drusilla and Armageddon, it may all sound very familiar, but it is a winning concept!
