I think the success of Once Upon A Time is due to so many different factors, that it is hard to pin it down to one thing in particular. I think it is a culmination of seeing all your favorite Disney characters come to life, and in such a new way that you almost feel like a kid again. Notice, I said almost because no one could pay me enough to be a kid again, not matter how free it would make me feel.

I love all the different answers we received, and hope is another reason for the success of the show. If you are having a down on your luck type day,and nothing is going right, it feels good to know that one simple show (or book) can bring hope back into your life. It is the idea behind what having hope means, and that is that things will get better, in time and with patience. I also agree that the fans are what help make any television show a success. As long as I am still entertained by what the cast and crew bring each episode, I am a loyal, and faithful viewer.
What do you think makes Once Upon A Time so successful? Is it seeing our favorite fairy-tale characters come to life in a whole new way? Is it a combination of the fan base, and the hope factor? Sound off below!
