Last week saw the Doctor regain his vision, but at a very, very high price. Bill submitted to the Monks, which doesn’t bode well for the rest of humanity. Someone needs to explain to Bill that you never sign a contract before reading it thoroughly first. Oh well, it’s too late now. We’ll just have to deal with the aftermath.
If you saw the trailer and sneak peek for “The Lie of the Land” you already know the aftermath is anything but good. People are regularly stopped to show their “papers” and everyone’s under what appears to be martial law. And to top it off, the Doctor seems to be working with the Monks, not against them.
If you just can’t wait until broadcast, maybe these 24 images from the episode will help carry you over. Give them a nice, long look because they’ll have to last you until the weekend. I’m sure you can carry on until then, right?
