This episode of Salvation: Truth or Darius dealt some heavy blows to our friends. There was no lack of drama in this episode, we see each character go through some serious struggles. Which gives the series a darker edge, full of tension and heartbreak. It’s great for really turning up the heat in for the rest of the series.
With Darius and Liam having to race to finish the EMDrive way ahead of schedule, there is tension among the boys. Darius is running around taking care of other situations while leaving Liam and Professor Croft to figure out the EMDrive on their own. Needless to say, there is quite a bit resentment floating around in the work place. Things only get worse, as the live test, which is in front of the Government officials, goes horribly wrong. Uh oh Darius, maybe you should have listened to Liam’s advice about not pushing it. Isn’t there a saying that goes something like, “Happy wife, happy life”? May want to start practicing that philosophy in the work place too Darius!

So Darius has recruited Jillian and Amanda Neel to be apart of his mission to Mars project. A fact that he hasn’t bothered to share with anyone. I just have to wonder, does he have an “ark” that is already built? Is that why he hasn’t been as helpful working with the EMDrive? Has Darius been assuming that they would fail this whole time and has created an insurance policy for himself? Well, no matter what it is, Darius is definitely up to something and it might not be for the good of the world.
Watch Out for That Car
No one was safe from a massive blow on Salvation: Truth or Darius. This became quite evident as Amanda gets plowed into by a car! Wait, did that really just happen? Yeah, that’s right, she is down for the count and I don’t see her getting up anytime soon. So maybe this will teach her not to be poking her nose in places it doesn’t belong, which is apparently what the stranger in the car wanted to express to her. Yet, knowing our tenacious little reporter, I have a feeling this will only fuel the fire. Watch out, whoever you are, Amanda will surely be coming for you now. Assuming she can still walk after the blow she just took!

Salvation: Truth or Darius was full of emotions and betrayals. You could just feel the darkness creeping in at the very start of this episode. While things were getting pretty heated Truth or Darius, we can be sure that things are going to become explosive in the next few episodes. With all the secrets and huge betrayals that are being dished out, things can only go downhill from here. I have high hopes that are team of saviors can pull together in the end, in order to save the world from total destruction. So tune in next Wednesday on CBS at 9/8c to see what sort of trouble they find themselves in next.
