Chatting with Amanda Schull is always a pleasure. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she’s happy to talk about just about anything and do so with a genuine passion. This recent interview with her at SDCC 2017 was no exception, with the only downside being it was to discuss the final season of 12 Monkeys.
Schull tried to answer the question of how she and her character are alike, but decided to have Todd Stashwick field that one. His answer is perfect, but you’ll have to watch to find out what it is. To be fair, she does give answers of her own, but Stashwick’s is just ideal, I think.
Naturally, there were questions that she couldn’t answer for fear of spoiling season four, but they had to be asked anyway. And she does give a teeny hint about some future occurrences. Now, whether these future occurrences take place in the past, present, or future I have no idea. Heck, it’s hard to know exactly when the “present” is on 12 Monkeys. I guess it depends upon your perspective and what timeline you come from.
