Game of Thrones Preview: Bran Sends Jon a Message in Eastwatch

It’ll be hard to beat The Spoils of War next week, but if anyone can do it, it’ll be Game of Thrones. As The Spoils of War brought us another great and nearly perfect Stark reunion, Eastwatch looks to have Bran send some news to Jon about the white walkers’ location. What other news will Bran relay to him? I’d love to see Bran tell Jon of his true parentage, but Bran seems above those trivial matters. I could easily see him not caring much about that. Granted, the Night King is a huge threat and far more dire news than informing Jon that he’s got Fire and Ice in his blood. I’m sure Game of Thrones will drag the news of his parentage out as long as possible (not as though they haven’t already, damn it). However he finds out, I hope it’s sooner than later!

Better yet, it looks like Jon will be coming face-to-face with one of the dragons. Will it be able to sense his Targaryen blood? Or will he just be another little flea to him? Also, Jaime was last seen sinking to the bottom of a deep river, while Drogon was injured by Cersei’s Scorpion. Will we get to find out his fate and the impact of Drogon’s injury? Or will we have to wait another week for that?

Check out the preview for Eastwatch below and be sure to tune into HBO Sunday at 9/8c for an all-new episode of Game of Thrones!

Game of Thrones airs Sunday at 9/8c on HBO.
