We have confirmation, ladies and gentlemen, Salvation has officially been renewed for it’s second season! I am beyond thrilled about this. Salvation was really finding it’s rhythm and really stepping up it’s game. There was so much drama and action going on, it was fantastic! Also, the show was full of gorgeous actors such as, Jillian Finnigan, Santiago Cabrera, and Anthony Dale. I can’t wait for the return of these guys because they are just phenomenal actors and it is really awesome they are getting another season.
Salvation’s season finale left us with such a gaping hole in our hearts, we have to have some resolution. The last thing we saw was Darius and Grace finally having their special moment, acknowledging their feelings for each other. We had been waiting for this moment for so long and it was so short! Plus, it was a good-bye! I was so upset because I wanted it to be full of happiness. Hopefully, this next season will bring the two back together, so we can have more Darius and Grace moments.
The season also left us with Liam racing to find Darius to tell him that he has figured out how to save the world. What is it? We have no idea. Yet, with Darius and Liam working together, we will surely have a very promising future. Yet, Liam also had to leave the love of his life, Gillian, in order to find Darius.
So, right now, everyone who belongs together is separated. An asteroid is plummeting for earth and the countries are on the brink of war. Talk about a massive cliff hanger! Summer 2018 has just gotten 100% better, in every way.
