Doctor Who — Christmas Special — Children In Need Sneak Peek

The Doctor Who Christmas Specials are always something that Doctor Who fans hold near and dear to their heart, particularly this year when we know that it’ll be the last time we see Peter Capaldi take on his role as the 12th Doctor. But even more special, is that the transition from 12 to 13 includes help from the incarnation that started it all, with David Bradley appearing as the 1st Doctor. Fans were treated to a sneak peek of this years special, “Twice Upon A Time” thanks to the Children In Need Broadcast last week.

The scene shows a very confused 1st Doctor upon entering the 12th Doctor’s TARDIS with an even more confused World War One Captain in tow. But really, we don’t know very much about “Twice Upon A Time” and what to expect this Christmas (outside of tears at Peter Capaldi finally saying goodbye). Sure David Bradley shows up as the 1st Doctor, and we know that Peter Capaldi 12th Doctor will regenerate into the 13th. We also know that Pearl Mackie as Bill joins along in one last adventure and Mark Gatiss plays a World War One Captain. But outside of that, we don’t have a whole lot of information to go on.
