Attending the best 4-days in gaming later this year at Gen Con 2018 in Indianapolis? Don’t forget that the Housing Registration will open at 12pm (noon) Eastern time on Sunday February 11th, 2018! Gen Con partners with Q-Rooms to provide a wide variety of discounted rooms for the big event, but as Gen Con grows more popular the demand for discounted rooms does too. Keep in mind, that if you want to take advantage of the Housing Registration, you will first have to purchase a Gen Con badge through the official registration system.

Then review these Step By Step Instructions on how to request, modify, or cancel a room assignment for the Housing Registration. You can modify or cancel your room assignment until 11:59pm Eastern time on July 16th, 2018 – which is when the Housing Registration closes for the year. And of course, there is a ton of information on the Gen Con Website, about eligibility, the online portal system, credit card requirements, cancellation policies, modification policies, and more.
