Season 2 of Salvation officially has an air date: June 25th! If you are a big fan of this series, like I am, then you understand how hard it was to wait for Salvation to return! Thankfully, we won’t have to wait too much longer and I can’t wait to see what this new season has in store for us.
In the season finale, last summer, a few major things had happened. The team was not able to stop the asteroid that was plummeting towards Earth. So, the only Darius and Grace finally had their moment, but it only lasted for a brief moment. While Grace was going to be on the ARK, Darius did not make the cut to join those lucky few. So, they had their kiss and then said good-bye. It was so unfair! What will happen with their newly founded romance? Will there be a chance for them to reunite and be together? Or, will she reconnect with Harris? I am team Garius all the way!!
One of the last things we saw was Liam leaving the safety of the ARK, Jillian heartbroken behind him, racing to get to Darius. Why? Turns out, Liam may have just figured out how to save mankind. Talk about last minute! Season 2 of Salvation is bringing us back into the fold of this drama. Will Liam and Darius be able to save everyone? Who will end up with who? I need answers!
I am so excited for season 2 to be right around the corner. I have literally been dying to know when this show was going to start up again. It took way too long! So, make sure that you don’t miss the season 2 premier of Salvation on June 25 at 9/8c on CBS. And, if you haven’t watched season 1, get on it!
