Along with a first look at the new The Wheel of Time “Origin Stories”, Rafe Judkins confirmed to the panel room that Season 3 of The Wheel of Time had been green-lit by Prime Video, plus they showed a sneak peek from the upcoming second season. Judkins is a longtime fan of The Wheel of Time book series, so he takes his role as show-runner extremely seriously. His own passion for the books helps to shape the story for a television audience. He said “I’m so thrilled that we’ll be making a third season of The Wheel of TimeThe Shadow Rising has always been my favorite book in the series, so being able to bring it to television and introduce new audiences to the stories that made me fall in love with these books in the first place is such an honor, and something I’ve been working toward since I first pitched the show years and years ago.”

Next month, The Wheel of Time world will be expanding, with new animated episodes of The Wheel of Time Origin Stories. You can catch up on season 1 of The Wheel of Time, along with the season 1 animated stories on Amazon Prime Video. There is no official release date yet for season 2, but we can all give of a sigh of relief knowing that a Season 3 is already in the works.
