All I Want For… Our Annual Outlander Holiday Gift Guide!

If you have friends who are Outlander fans; if you’re an Outlander fan; if you have to get a gift exchange present for an Outlander group – you may need suggestions to purchase or add to your own wishlist. We’ve got those ideas! Pretty things, fun things, handmade things…. some you’ll have trouble actually wrapping up and giving to someone else without buying an extra for yourself! Have I missed someone? Leave a comment below with info so others can see what you recommend!

Stickers

Stickers are always fun, and this group (there are several different sticker packages) has 50 pieces, with no duplicates! Add them to holiday cards, stick ’em on a computer, trade them! For $6.99 (for this specific package), you can’t go wrong. I bought these, and will probably get a different pack as well. From Amazon, click here for the link.*

Pins and More

These original, hand-drawn pins are adorable!! And completely collectible. I met Outlander fan Ericka at the Outlandish Adventures con in Seattle early this month, and saw her large range of metal pins, plus some other great products available on her website, Brio and Brandish. Erica draws the images herself, and designs each product. She not only has a large number of Outlander pins, but her line also covers A Discovery of Witches, Bridgerton, and both of Sarah Maas’ series, Crescent City and A Court of Thorns and Roses (book series, but Ron Moore is working on a TV series), and more! The Outlander wedding pin pictured below is a preorder.

Outlander Tote

The official Outlander store always has a wide range of items available. I’m seeing quite a few newer items right now, including this nice tote! Measuring 15″x10.5″, it  has a zip closure, faux leather straps, and interior and exterior pockets. At $79.95, it might be a bit pricey, but still cute. Check out other items in the store, including several versions of the calendar, jewelry, clothing, and household items. Personally, I like a giant Jamie blanket…  There’s also a great crossbody bag available for $69.95, 10″x9″, with faux leather strap and exterior zip pocket.

Candles

Wax and The Moon makes beautiful candles! I met the company’s owner, Felicia, at the Outlandish Adventures event, and can promise these smell as good as they look. The website says “It is important to us that we make candles with natural ingredients that do  not leave a huge footprint on our world.” One of her candles is called the Fraser, and has the scents of cypress and vetiver. $35.

Deluxe Note Card Set

This would make a great gift – it includes a journal, 20 notecards and envelopes, and seals. It’s quite a bargain, at only $4.99. Click here for the Amazon link.*

Hand Painted Pendants

Fan Cara Molloy offers a unique jewelry line in her Etsy store, ClassyGlassandStone – tiny hand painted scenes set under glass and made into a pendant. $18 – $20. She also offers other scenes, beaded pendants, wine charms, and more. These are beautiful!

Kilts, Tartans, Celtic Jewelry and Gifts

Celtic Croft has a large selection of Scottish items, including tartan fabric, “Highlander” boots, and these very cute Christmas stockings accented with tartan. You can also learn a fair amount about the culture and heritage of our favorite country by reading through their Q&As! Stockings are $35, custom made in  your choice of Outlander tartan.

Outlander Character Art Print

Designed by TartanSoulShop‘s Cameron Morrison, this stylized rendering of our favorite characters will dress up any Outlander room! Three different sizes available, from $9.47. The Etsy shop also has a number of other tartan- and Scotland-related items, including a very pretty standing stones necklace enhanced with a moonstone ($15.38), and some customizable “family portraits.”

Whisky “Stone”

This stainless steel whisky “stone” will keep your drink cold without adding any water, if you prefer it neat! The adorable stylized piece is attached to a suction cup so it stays in the bottom of your glass and doesn’t chip your teeth as you sip. Comes with a matching pin. As a non-drinker, I’d just put this on my desk because it’s beautiful! $37.95. Also comes in sets of 2 and 4, stones only (without pin).

Books

There are books, and more books, and more books! Of course, there are the actual Outlander series of books, including the new paperback version of Go Tell the Bees. But there are also two “Making of Outlander” books (seasons 1-2 and 3-4); knitting; two Cookbooks  by Theresa Carle-Sanders; Sam Heughan’s upcoming Waypoints; Sam and Graham McTavish’s Clanlands and Clanlands Almanac; and a bunch of, I’m sure, unlicensed trivia and puzzle books. Don’t forget that you can get any of Diana Gabaldon’s books, autographed, from her “home” bookstore, The Poisoned Pen, in Scottsdale, AZ. There are also jigsaw puzzles, planners, calendars, and more.
