Live-Action Stage Performance Makes its Way to the Streaming Platform on June 21, 2024

(Press Release) Crunchyroll today announced that the live-action stage performance of Demon Slayer -KIMETSU NO YAIBA- the stage will be available to stream on Crunchyroll with English subtitles in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand today, Friday, June 21 at 11:30 a.m. PT / 2:30 p.m. ET.

The synopsis for Demon Slayer -KIMETSU NO YAIBA- the stage is as follows:

One day in Japan during the Taisho era, Tanjiro, a kind young man who sells coal, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. Worse yet, the only survivor, his younger sister Nezuko, is turned into a demon. Tanjiro makes up his mind to become a Demon Slayer to turn his sister back into a human and slay the demon who killed his family. This tragic tale, interwoven with humans and demons, begins!

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba TV series, which debuted in 2019, along with the Entertainment District Arc (2021), the Swordsmith Village Arc (2023), Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train (2020) and the first several episodes of the Hashira Training Arc (2024) are all currently available to stream on Crunchyroll.
