Gen Con 2018 Event Submissions are open! This is your time shine Game Masters and Event Organizers – plus, the application process for Gen Con is easy to complete! Gen Con hosts thousands of gaming fans every year, fans who are going to be excited to attend your event! There is something for everyone at Gen Con, it’s part of the beauty that this convention offers – but it helps when wonderful people like yourself add to that unique experience! If you’re interested in hosting an event at Gen Con this August, make sure you get your Event Submission in before the deadline!

If you’ve never hosted an event at Gen Con before, I suggest you start by checking out their Tips for New Game Masters – which will give you a good idea of what you can expect throughout the submission process and convention itself. If you’ve already decided that you want to host an event, then you’ll need to Submit the Event Details to Gen Con for approval. All events do have to be submitted and approved through Gen Cons’ online system, where it will be reviewed by their staff before getting a location/time/date. I also suggest you take a look at their Event Host Policy – as reading that will be a requirement if you want to host an event there!
