Can’t get enough of Michael Scott, Jim & Pam, Dwight, Phyllis, Angela, or Stanley? Wish you could have joined the characters of NBC’s The Office at Poor Richards one night for a drink? Well now you can (kinda)! The Whippersnapper, has temporarily transformed into Dunder Whiplin, a themed pop-up bar located in Dallas, Texas. The Whippersnapper is a veteran establishment when it comes to dishing up creative themed pop-ups, including Harry Potter and Family Guy. The inside has undergone a total transformation, adding murals of the characters, cubicals, inside jokes, and more to the decor. You’ll also be able to sip on The Office themed cocktails in classic office type coffee mugs, and order food off of a special menu – hopefully Kevin’s classic chili is on the menu! Dunder Whiplin will be only be open through February 15th. So don’t wait too long to meet up with your own The Office buddies for a drink! The bar will be open Wednesday-Saturday, 6pm – 2am. There is no cover to get inside, but you should arrive early to avoid a long-wait. This themed pop-up is bound to be popular, so you’ll want to give yourself plenty of time to get in. It is unclear if Dunder Whiplin has promoted anyone to the role of “safety officer” but you should probably leave all CPR dummies at home, just to be safe. *wink*
