Preview – Stranger Things Season 4 Official Trailer

By: Robert Prentice
Netflix Stranger Things

It feels like it’s been an eternity since Stranger Things was on Netflix with a new season and you wouldn’t be wrong. Season 3 premiered back in 2019, and we are now going into the Summer of 2022 before we get season 4, but based on the trailer below, it’s all-out WAR.

Spoilers ahead.

It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.

It is clear time is going to play a big factor in the upcoming season, and although Eleven and Will were moved away from Hawkins so they couldn’t be found by the creatures, that doesn’t seem to have worked out the way anyone had planned. Plus hey our favorite sheriff isn’t gone. This isn’t a new spoiler but if you haven’t tuned into other teasers then it’s new for you but we get to see some more crazy scenes with Demogorgans that have us wondering just what is happening over in overseas with them.

It’s time. See you on the other side. Stranger Things 4 Vol. 1 premieres May 27th, only on Netflix. The season will be split into 2 volumes with the second one dropping July 1st. There is so much to unpack with this trailer but let us know in the comments below what you think. Are you excited for its return or did they wait too long to hold your interest?
