Michael James Scott Co-Hosts the Her Universe Fashion Show
Broadway star, Michael James Scott, is most known for his amazing role as Genie in Aladdin on Broadway! Scott and Her Universe founder, Ashley Eckstein, have been friends for a very long time, so when she invited him to co-host this year he immediately said yes! The pair grew up in the Orlando area with Disney being a very big part of their upbringing, so the fact that Disney is celebrating its 100th year made this year’s fashion show even more exciting for him! The big focus will be on the 100th celebration. The Show will also have a Nightmare Before Christmas activation in the lobby. Created by Hot Topic, the activation will have photo ops, a prize wheel, and more! Arrive early and explore the area and everything there is to see!

Since its inception in 2010, Her Universe has become the biggest and most-inclusive fandom fashion brand! Eckstein, see her interview here, decided to create Her Universe to allow for fashion and fandom to come together. Her Universe and San Diego Comic-Con is a match made in nerdy heaven! The Her Universe Fashion Show happens on Thursday, July 20th at 6 pm in the Harbor Ballroom, Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel.
