It is time for the next round of summer home video releases, with July’s final group of tv, movies, and documentaries. The mix for this week includes many horror entries from the start of the year, and TV, documentary entries. Most are also available for digital release as well.

Catching Fire: The Story of Anita Pallenberg [DVD] – Documentary, 2024

Ted Lasso Complete Series [Blu-ray] – TV/Comedy
In a bitter divorce settlement from her billionaire husband Rupert Mannion (Anthony Head), Rebecca Welton (Hannah Waddingham) becomes the new owner of AFC Richmond, a struggling British English Premier League football team. She’s assisted by her garden gnome Director of Communications (and later Director of Football Operations) Leslie Higgins (Jeremy Swift), who formerly worked for her husband. Her first order of business is to fire the team’s current manager and replace him with American football coach Theodore “Ted” Lasso (Jason Sudeikis). Unit One Complete Series [DVD] – TV/Drama
Winner of the 2002 international Emmy award for best drama and inspired by actual police cases, the Danish TV crime drama Unit One reveals an unvarnished perspective on criminal casework and the people who spend their lives doing it. Charlotte Fich (The Killing, Wallander Season 1) stars as the ambitious detective Ingrid Dahl who’s been promoted to lead Unit One, the elite mobile task force created to support law enforcement across Denmark. Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal, Casino Royale) plays Detective Alan Fisher, the bad boy of the team whose disregard for rules and hot temper often lead to trouble for him and the team.
