Crunchyroll Expo is in full swing and day one started with a behind-the-scenes panel with studio BONES. At that panel, a lineup of new and returning shows was announced for the Fall and Winter seasons. One of those shows was the long-awaited return of Bungo Stray Dogs. Season 3 was released in 2019, so the announcement that a 4th season is happening was welcome news for fans.
As part of the panel new key visuals and a trailer were dropped for the upcoming season. Check out the trailer below.
BONES President Masahiko Minami and producer Chiaki Kurakane revealed the latest trailer for Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4, alongside a brand new key visual and the announcement that the new season will premiere in January 2023. Along with the new visuals and announcement of a release date, we also got info on new cast members and characters.
Some of the new cast announced include:
- Akio Otsuka (Batou in Ghost in the Shell) as Fukuchi Gen’ichirō
- Makoto Koichi (Yuka Tokitate in I’m Standing on a Million Lives) as Teruko Ōkura
- Takehito Koyasu (Zeke in Attack on Titan) as Nikolai G
- Takeshi Kusao (Ladros in Black Clover) as Mushitaro Oguri
