Released today was the second casting news of the new Falling Skies season. TNT has added Terminator Salvation Alum Treva Etienne in a major recurring role in the 4th season. Etienne’s credits include Terminator Salvation, 24, Criminal Minds and Pirates of the Caribbean. Etienne will portray Dingaan Botha, who will be heavily involved with the 2nd mass as they fight the Espheni.
Season 3 ended with the relationship between the 2nd mass and the Volm being stretched to a near breaking point. They were successful in taking down the Espheni grid but when the Volm tried to push the humans to Brazil, the 2nd mass pushed back. With Karen dead and the Volm going forward with their war against the Espheni, how will Tom and the 2nd mass fight back without the Volm’s advanced weapons and support? Will they end up working together again or will the Volm prove to be an enemy far worse than the Espheni?
