Hilarious hijinks featuring the characters and story lines of My Hero Academia!

The superpowered society of My Hero Academia takes a hilarious turn in this reimagining of the best-selling series! Join Midoriya, All Might and all the aspiring heroes of U.A. High, plus memorable villains, in an irreverent take on the main events of the series, complete with funny gags, ridiculous jokes and superpowered humor!

In this first volume, find out how Midoriya really trained to receive One For All and learn the U.A. students’ goofy thoughts during their first practical exams…plus, All Might as Santa Claus? What are you waiting for? Start reading!!

Review

Have you ever thought that My Hero Academia could have much funnier moments given some of the scenes in the first dozen volumes of the manga? Or even after watching the first 3 seasons of the anime? Well My Hero Academia Smash!! took all our inner jokes and thoughts on these characters and put them into comic strips.

I don’t think I will ever be able to re-watch the scene where All Might tells Midoriya how he can transfer his power the same way again. We all thought is hair the only way to transfer it? But here we actually say it out loud, what about earwax, or a booger, or a KISS? Midoriya choose the hair, which is really the best of all the choices given, or is it?

What other crazy things do we get: How about the inner thoughts of the students during their first practical exam? All Might in a Santa suit? You have to go into this not taking it seriously at all. This is a mini graphic novel full of comic strip funnies where My Hero Academia takes jabs at itself.

My Hero Academia Smash!! Vol 1 hits shelves August 6th. You can preorder now from Right Stuf Anime or Amazon.
