Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself. Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human, and kill the demon that massacred his family.
The manga has 18 volumes so far, 9 released already in english. Viz Media has the license for release in the US. And the series also has an anime which was done by UFO Table (studio behind Fate series) so the visuals are stunning. This is a must read series, and a great anime to check out. Dr. Stone
What happens when a manga story not only involves the petrification of humanity and science but does the science right? You get Dr. Stone. So well done on the science front, they have to put a disclaimer at the end to keep you from being stupid! I am 10 billion percent sure, you will love this manga. Released by Viz Media and has 13 volumes, 8 in english and is still ongoing. The series also got an anime adaption and is planning a second season.
