The Magicians has been hot all season long, but damn does this show continue to deliver each week. If you thought “Be The Penny” was a crazy episode, you’ll need to mentally brace yourself for what’s coming in “A Life in the Day.” We were promised a grand quest to bring back magic, and so far The Magicians has proven to be more epic than I ever imagined.
Quentin and Eliot take have a side adventure of their own, leaving the rest of the questing crew basically on the struggle bus of life. Alice and Julia both help each other through some rough patches, while Penny is still invisible to anyone without the Truth Key, and Kady is stuck in a rehab center. Margot, badass as she might be, is still dealing with that b***h of a Fairy Queen and how figuring out how to take back their Kingdom. “A Life in the Day” will leaving you wishing you could time travel, so you didn’t have to wait a week for the next episode!
